✔ Learn how to assist someone else who has balance challenges.
✔ See demonstrations by Physical Therapists on appropriately sizing and using your walker and cane.
✔ Learn how to reduce fall risk through medication management and home safety measures you can take.
✔ Free resources and consultations with Options Counselors for home safety recommendations, assistive technology, and other services to help you manage.
