WellWise Services Area Agency on Aging WellWise Services Area Agency on Aging As the Community Education Coordinator at WellWise Services, Martha has been a Licensed Social Worker for 38 years. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. Martha is a certified Master Trainer of several Evidence-Based Programs including Matter of Balance and additional Self-Management programs for people with chronic health conditions. Martha also specializes in dementia care, providing education and support for family caregivers. She is passionate about providing encouragement to people with varying health concerns and going through life transitions, helping them learn tools to better self-manage their conditions in ways that optimize wellness, improve their confidence, and strengthen their ability to participate in physical activity to do what they want to accomplish in life.
