Dealing With Dementia Workshop
The goal for the Dealing with Dementia workshop is for Alzheimer’s and dementia family caregivers to gain a better understanding of dementia, utilize strategies to effectively manage dementia behaviors, and develop habits of stress management and self-care. Caregivers who attend this 4-hour workshop will receive a copy of the new Dealing with Dementia Guide, with over 300 pages of information and solutions to problems caregivers face every day.
Powerful Tools For Caregivers
Powerful Tools For Caregivers will benefit you whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend or someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country. Additionally, this workshop focuses on self-care for you, the caregiver. The workshop will not focus on specific diseases or hands-on care.

Dementia Friends USA is a nationwide movement changing the way people think, act, and talk about dementia. By incorporating Dementia Friends into open, accessible communities, those living with dementia and those who care about them continue to be active participants in the communities in which they reside.
Matter of Balance Workshop
Our knowledgeable Options Counselors work with individuals and families to explore all programs and services available in the region. Additionally, they will provide warm hand-offs to agencies who can help with resources and information outside our region.
