The Aging Mastery Program is a fun and engaging education program for aging well. Learn from experts about topics including remaining financially secure, managing healthcare, increasing social connectedness, developing healthy eating habits, planning for the future, and developing an overall greater well-being. Five 3-hour sessions total. Meets twice a week for 2.5 weeks.
Designed for all cancer survivors regardless if they are recently diagnosed, in active treatment, or living beyond treatment. In this interactive workshop, people are taught effective tools to better self-manage their condition and its impact on their life. We address topics such as relationships and communication, living with uncertainty, managing difficult emotions, and more! Caregivers and significant others are also welcome to sign up and attend as active participants. Each workshop meets 2.5 hours one day a week for 6 weeks.
This Dementia Caregiving series is a 3-session webinar for those caring for a person with dementia or Alzheimer’s. It assists with reducing caregiving stress by providing useful tools and information.

Managing chronic pain is more than taking medications. We address a variety of topics including fatigue management, dealing with difficult emotions, and pacing & planning. Includes the Moving Easy Program: safe exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Caregivers and significant others are also welcome to sign up and attend as active participants. Each workshop meets 2.5 hours one day a week for 6 weeks.
Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) is designed for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes. Includes diabetes education and support in an interactive workshop style. People are taught effective tools to better self-manage their condition and its impact on their life. You choose your own goals! Caregivers and significant others are also encouraged to sign up and attend as active participants. Each workshop meets 2.5 hours one day a week for 6 weeks.

An Interactive workshop for employees with any kind of chronic condition to improve how they manage their work/life balance to cope regain a sense of control over their life and health. Topics include: ways to reduce pain, fatigue, stress, and anxiety plus time management tips to maximize energy and balance demands at work, at home, and with their own health. The goal for the Dealing with Dementia workshop is for Alzheimer’s and dementia family caregivers to gain a better understanding of dementia, utilize strategies to effectively manage dementia behaviors, and develop habits of stress management and self-care. Caregivers who attend this 4-hour workshop will receive a copy of the new Dealing with Dementia Guide, with over 300 pages of information and solutions to problems caregivers face every day.
Dementia Friends USA is a nationwide movement changing the way people think, act, and talk about dementia. By incorporating Dementia Friends into open, accessible communities, those living with dementia and those who care about them continue to be active participants in the communities in which they reside. This free, 1-hour presentation can be provided to businesses and groups wanting an introduction to dementia so we all can better understand how to recognize, assist, and effectively support people with dementia in our community.

Whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, or someone who lives at home or in a nursing home, this workshop will focus on self-care for you. This program teaches caregivers how to reduce stress, relax, make tough decisions, reduce guilt, anger, and depression, and communicate effectively with family, providers, and care staff. A weekly, on-line, low-impact physical activity program proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. The routines include gentle range-of-motion exercises that are suitable for every fitness level. Weights, balls and TheraBand’s are used in this class.
A weekly, on-line exercise program designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.
